Steps for registration and how to upload an abstract
1. Complete the form below. This will create your account on the EventPlatform. 
Remark: Do you not know the answer to a question yet? Please fill in the most likely answer.
2. Log in to your account. 
3. Select “workshops” and follow the steps to upload your abstract.
How to: Log in, go to your profile > click on workshops > click on upload workshop abstract, fill form in and submit your workshop.

Important deadlines for abstracts and full papers
– 1st of March 2024: Call for abstract
– 26nd of April 2024: Deadline submission abstracts
– 31st of May 2024:   Decision
– 19th of July 2024:   Deadline full papers submission

Payment
At a later stage, you will have to make your payment for the conference. The timing will be announced later by email. Payment can only be done via banktransfer, iDeal or Paypal.
During the payment period, you will be able to fill in your preferred billing information (addresses, name, reference numbers etc.). This information will then be shown on your invoice. 

Cancellation Policy
– Cancellation before 31 May 2024: full refund minus administration costs of € 7,50.
– Cancellation between 31 May – 19 July 2024: 50% refund.
– Cancellation after 19 July 2024: no refund.
